Recommendations for Future Studies on Single-Phase Immersion Cooling in Data Centers. In recent years, the rapid surge in global computing power demand has posed significant challenges for data centers in terms of chip-level and rack-level cooling, as well as system-level energy efficiency.
The study of data center cooling as a rack allows for the evaluation of cooling methods in terms of the temperature uniformity of the CPUs across the server rack, which is indicative of stability. In addition, through various operating conditions, the distinct significance of each variable in three different cooling methods could be identified.
